Quick Fresh Juice Recipes for a Quick Weight Loss

Juicing is an efficient way to gain energy while losing weight, to reach your daily intake of the recommended amount of fresh fruits and vegetables and to quickly absorb essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function optimally.
